Verify the release in a browser
A small check that catches failures beyond the web server.
Start from a clean state
Load the page without an existing cache and inspect missing assets. Confirm the main content appears and the intended entry route works.
Test a returning session
Repeat with a previously opened version when the application uses a service worker or lazy chunks. A deploy can affect an open tab differently from a fresh visit.
Exercise one interaction
Use a representative navigation or form validation path with sample data. Record the release identity and the actual result instead of relying on a server status alone.
